Tiemeyer Apartments is the vision of our owners Trent & Donna Tiemeyer. All of the apartments are family-owned and operated while being managed by Donna’s daughter Jessica Blevins. We also own and operate Tiemeyer Construction, meaning you also get in-house repairs from one of their dedicated staff of maintenance technicians. While working in construction and renovating homes, Trent and Donna realized that too many times a small town school closes, and too many times the buildings are left to rot. Although they had been renting homes for over 20 years, Trent had always wanted to add an apartment building to what they offer and Donna had always wanted to own and operate a nice wedding venue.
